They provide information about genetic testing, interpret results, and help clients understand the implications for health and family planning. Chris Sexton is the owner of Horsepower Fitness, where he helps people transform their health through personalized coaching and fitness training. Since entering the fitness industry in 2013, Chris has gained extensive experience in coaching a variety of fitness programs, including One on One Personal Training, HIIT, CrossFit, HYROX, Weightlifting, and Senior & Youth Fitness.
A former (but who knows that the future holds) competitor in marathons, Ironman, CrossFit, and Obstacle Course Races like Spartan and Savage Race, Chris has a deep understanding of what it takes to push physical and mental limits. We will begin with a "Discovery Call," where we will explore any current pain, injuries, or limitations you may be experiencing, as well as your medical and injury history. This conversation will help determine whether you should see a doctor or if you qualify for one of my virtual programs. I will also provide some initial recommendations, such as the use of ice, heat, NSAIDs, and rest.
The cost for this 30 to 45-minute Discovery Call is $75.
Following this, you may consider enrolling in the "Basic Movement Correction Video Program" (note that the Discovery Call is a prerequisite for enrollment). This program grants you access to a pre-recorded video series tailored to your specific injury or limitation, along with additional educational resources, including tips on posture, shoe selection, and breathing techniques.
The fee for unlimited access to one video program and the supplementary educational content is $85.
For those seeking a more tailored and comprehensive approach, "Personalized Movement Correction Coaching" programs are also available.
