For as long as I can remember, I’ve lived at the intersection of movement, discipline, and reinvention. From a childhood shaped by the rigor of ballet to a life built across continents, I’ve learned that longevity is not simply about extending years — it is about deepening them.
It’s emotional intelligence.
It’s resilience.
It’s choosing, again and again, to invest in the version of yourself you’re becoming.
This philosophy has carried me through every chapter of my life — raising three daughters with a global perspective, rebuilding pieces of myself with intention, and discovering what it truly means to feel at home in my own body. After decades of studying performance, recovery, genetics, and well-being, I’ve come to believe something wholeheartedly:
